Presentation Guidelines

If your paper is accepted for presentation at the conference, you will be required to prepare a presentation slide deck. The following guidelines apply:

  • Presentation time slots are typically 15-20 minutes per paper, including Q&A
  • Use standard 16:9 aspect ratio for your slides
  • Include your paper title, authors, and affiliation on the title slide
  • Clearly state your research question, methodology, results, and conclusions
  • Allow time for questions and discussion from the audience

Specific presentation requirements and schedule will be provided to authors upon acceptance.
